Each Happy is made thoughtfully and in small batches — often on demand. Because of this, your order may take a little longer than fast-fashion timelines. We promise it’s worth the wait.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.

During launches or new drops, processing may take slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your Happy is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in our shipping rates.

Returns

We hope your Happy feels just right. If it doesn’t, we’re here to help.

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed

• Original tags must be attached

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Happy Overall is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval.

Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are produced in small runs, exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Items purchased with discount codes

• Gift cards

• Custom or artist collaboration pieces marked final sale

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued toyour original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

For international returns you are responsible for any import duties back into the U.S.
