Our Happiness Mantra

At Happy Overall, we celebrate joy.

The big joys of life: the BFF you’ve had since grade school, the hobby you’ve been faithful to for decades, the hike you and your babe just finished, the story you never get tired of telling.

And the little joys, too: flowers and acorns and grasshoppers, that rock you just found that’s shaped like a heart, your favorite keychain, a warm coffee mug, a fluffy pillows.

Jenny has always loved tiny happy things. She is a contemplative creative, which is a nice way of saying: give her a tiny secret forest and she is probably sitting in it, listening for tiny happy things and writing them down.

Out of that practice came our Happiness Mantra:

I am alive.
I am here and now.
The world is full of tiny happy things.
I am a tiny happy thing.
I am.

It is simple on purpose. A small return to the body, to the present moment, to our place in this beautiful life.

We sew the Happiness Mantra inside the front bib of every pair of Happy Overalls.

Most people will never see it. It is there for the person wearing them, a private little blessing, tucked close to the heart.
